About Me

My photo
Peter Way
My interest started in playing cards when I was taking a break from teaching and dealing in antiques. It remained an interest when I resumed my career and has led to all sorts of interesting things including work with theatres, TV drama, radio interviews, press articles and so on. For more than 30 years I've been adding to my collection, selling items as well. The more I have found out the more fascinating it has become. Card games feature in so many classic novels and films; our language is riddled with card playing terms; card playing is still one of the top leisure activities around the world. I hope you will enjoy sharing your finds and your interest with me and anyone else who visits the blog.
